Cheryl Halverson is a people-centric human resources and business operations leader with a track record of propelling business growth by developing and executing on people, HR and business strategies.

 

Cheryl brings a unique blend of business operations, HR and consulting experience.  She has experience as both a business operations leader as well as a CPO/CHRO. 

Her unique background is exemplified in her ability to develop both business and people strategies while also activating on them in a way that results in significant ROI.

 

She has experience in numerous industries and in corporate, consulting and start-up/small business settings.

Cheryl successfully led creation and execution of people strategies that enable this firm to scale quickly during extreme growth. Strategies included hiring/onboarding, talent and performance management, culture evolution and leadership development.
